At Twin Dragons Martial Arts & Fitness, students study a traditional Korean style of martial arts called Tang Soo Do. The goal of Tang Soo Do is to develop the whole person (mind, body and spirit) to improve the person and promote lifelong learning.
Black Belt is just one of the goals of our Tang Soo Do training. Our school and our Region 7 have quite of few students who continued on to 2nd degree, 3rd degree and even Master level ranks in the WTSDA. These ranks do not come easily and require years of dedication to training, teaching and community service before they are granted. Our worldwide organization takes pride in the level of professionalism and brotherhood that our Black Belts show. We truly believe that with time, dedication and the right attitude, anyone can earn their Black Belt. It is those that have been truly inspired by the life changing benefits that continue on and help spread the skills to becoming a better person.
As a member of the World Tang Soo Do Association, each student will follow a set curriculum of hyungs (forms), basic blocking, striking & kicking skills, hand and feet one-steps, grab defenses, and basic weapons. In addition to the physical training, the students develop skills to enhance focus, self control and gain an appreciation of setting and achieving goals. Our younger students receive incentives for academic achievement and community service. Additional learning experiences are offered through monthly seminars, special event training and regional events.
Little Dragons - (Ages 3-6)
Beginners - (White and Orange Belts)
Intermediate - (Green and Brown Belts)
Advanced - (Red, Blue, and Black Belts)
Twin Dragons Martial Arts & Fitness offers adult martial arts classes for ages 14 and up. These classes can offer a more individual approach to learning due to the maturity of the students. As a student in the adult class, members may request more time for particular section of their training or reviewing previous techniques.
Adult members also have access to our fitness kickboxing classes at no additional charge. The combination of the two programs is an excellent way to increase the strength and cardiovascular fitness for optimal martial arts training.

To make sure our students are working on their proper techniques, we ask that you come to your level of class. For example, Green Belts should come Monday and Wednesday from 6:45 – 7:45. We will always try to accommodate individual exceptions, but you will benefit most from working at your class level.
