Fitness Kickboxing has a number of advantages that aerobics classes just can’t touch. For instance, Fitness Kickboxing has the same music, excitement, and energy of an aerobics workout but it adds important self-defense techniques like jabbing, kicking, punching and blocking. We’ll have you breaking a serious sweat and you’ll learn some serious self-defense techniques that could one day save your life.
The Fitness Kickboxing program is for men and women 14 years old and above. Classes include bag training, partner drills, and a wide range of exercise to keep you interested – and moving! You are encouraged to go at your own pace. Our instructors will help you modify the moves or show you alternatives to give you the best and safest workout for you.
No physical contact, no experience necessary, wear regular workout clothes, no belts or uniforms required.
